About Maria

I’ve always believed that healing begins with connection — connection to ourselves, to the body, and to something larger through sound.

My path has taken me from the world of music as a professional singer, to years of study in psychology, yoga, and mindfulness. Sound therapy has become the bridge where all of these meet — a way to support people not just through ideas, but through experience.

In my sessions, I combine the grounding presence of psychology and mindfulness with the transformative power of sound and voice. My aim is simple: to create a safe, nurturing space where stress softens, the nervous system finds balance, and people leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more at home in themselves.
