Hi, I'm Maria
I’m a psychologist, coach, and mindfulness guide — but I’m also a mother who knows what it’s like to feel pulled in every direction.

That’s how I got here
Ten years ago, I looked calm on the outside — but inside, I was constantly wired, running on adrenaline, and quietly falling apart. It wasn’t sustainable and I knew something had to change.
So I turned inward — and into the practices I now teach: mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and values-based psychology.
Then I became a mother. And everything had to evolve.
That’s when the MIBA Method was born: built to help women like you find calm, clarity even in the messy middle of everyday life.
