That’s how I got here

Ten years ago, I looked calm on the outside — but inside, I was constantly wired, running on adrenaline, and quietly falling apart. It wasn’t sustainable and I knew something had to change.

So I turned inward — and into the practices I now teach: mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and values-based psychology. 

Then I became a mother. And everything had to evolve.
